General Motors was forced to stop production of its all-new 2011 heavy-duty trucks following the identification of an issue with a part, which the automaker says it will be replacing.
Leftlane spoke with Tom Wickham of GM who explained that during routine testing the engineers determined that a part found on a limited number of trucks which needed to be replaced with a superior part, and as a result of a temporary shortage of the replacement part a limited amount of production was halted this week.
